Turnaround Time: 

The turnaround time for all orders ranges from 7 to 21 business days. It might not always take that long, but it depends on the season and the nature of your order. We always strive to fulfill orders as soon as possible. If you require a rush order, you are welcome to contact us, and we will gladly provide a quotation. Rush orders can be arranged at a fee of 25% on the total invoice.

Design Process:

 Our design process follows these steps:

  1. After your order is placed, we will discuss all the necessary information and finer details.
  2. The designer will begin working on your project. Lead time ranges from 3 to 21 business days, depending on the season and current workload.
  3. We will deliver the initial translation of the brief, allowing you to review and make any necessary adjustments.
  4. Once the design is finalized, the settlement of the invoice is required before the final deliverables are sent.
  5. The final files will be delivered via WeTransfer for your convenience.
  6. Please note that slight color variations between the screen and printed items may occur.

Shipping:  

You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification from us when your order is ready for courier delivery or collection. We use The Courier Guy and Pudo for courier services, and a waybill will be sent to you, allowing you to track your package.

Refunds:  

We do not offer refunds for reduced quantities after placing an order because we purchase materials based on the order and its specified quantity. For the same reason, orders that are canceled under any circumstances, including a pandemic, cannot be refunded.  
However, we aim to accommodate clients by offering a substitute item or gift voucher as a courtesy if they need to cancel or reduce quantities. This will be at our discretion and will depend on the order details, quantities, and the reason for cancellation or reduction.
